Antique enamel French Coffee pot, white and transfer moss roses decor, Japan inspired shape, Enameled coffee biggin Antique enameled coffee pot, early 1900’s.

DESCRIPTION:
Very lovely French antique enameled coffee pot or coffee biggin, dating to early 900’s, white body and transfer decoration featuring moss roses in tones of pink, beige, grey and light brown, partially faded gilded details and fillets. This antique coffee pot has a very interesting shape in Japanese style, with “faux bamboo” style handle and lid handle, vary fashionable in that era.
The decoration is repeated identical on both sides of the coffee pot.
The coffee pot is signed with hand written number 62 and letter K or R in gold lettering.

HOW TO USE IT:
A very nice antique French coffee pot to add to your collection of antique enamelware or to display in your French style kitchen to give the perfect touch to your home decor!

CONDITIONS:
Conditions for its age are very good, decoration is intact and colors are very delicate and refined, the only issues to signal is a small ding on lid. Interior is dark and stained with traces of use.

MEASURES:
This coffee pot is tall 10 1/4″ (26 cm) and has a base diameter 3 1/2″ (9 cm) wide.
