A rare and stunning antique latte bowl from Florio Ceramics, Palermo, dating back to the early 1900s. This Sicilian ceramic bowl features a polychrome transferware design depicting Saint Anthony of Padua with Baby Jesus, surrounded by lilies and a ribbon banner with the saint’s name. The base transfer print in brown is hand-painted in shades of blue, yellow, green, and deep pink, adding vibrancy to the sacred imagery.

The bottom bears the iconic seahorse mark of Ceramica Florio, Palermo, a renowned Italian ceramic manufacturer founded in 1884 by Ignazio Florio, one of Sicily’s most prominent entrepreneurs.
