This exquisite blouse from the late 19th or early 20th century is of French origin, crafted in light beige tulle with delicate plumetis polka dot detailing. Adorned with lace ruffles and lace flower appliques, the blouse features elbow-length puff sleeves and a back closure with small mother-of-pearl buttons and snaps. The inner lining is in ivory silk.
