DESCRIPTION:
Very lovely and rare antique French cafè au lait bowl, brown and light beige decoration depicting an islamic pattern in orientalist style, this kind of tableware was produced for the market of French colonies in North Africa. This antique cafè au lait bowl is signed Made in France, probably it has been produced by Digoin manufacture, and dates ca to years 1920’s – 1930’s.

CONDITION:
The bowl has a hairline 1 1/2″ (3.8 cm) long, departing from the edge, not visible on the exterior side. There are some tiny chips to the edge, the interior is tea stained and has signs of use and age.
