DESCRIPTION:
Very lovely and rare antique cafè au lait bowl of French origin, ironstone bowl with flowing blue transfer decoration featuring Bryonia branches, with gilded details, this is the famous model Bryonia, one of the first transfer decorations proposed by Sarreguemines manufacture since 1868.
The bowl has decoration also on the interior side, around the edge.
This antique cafè au lait bowl is not signed but it’s decoration is easily recognizable.
