DESCRIPTION:
Very lovely antique French celluloid pocket mirror, oval shape, dating to the early 1900’s.
The celluloid purse mirror or pocket mirror has an inlay decoration in silver and gold color metal with mother of pearl details, featuring flowers and a label that was intended to engrave a monogram. These kinds of pocket mirrors were typical keepsake souvenirs of the First Communion.

CONDITIONS:
This antique wooden pocket mirror is in very good condition, the structure is sturdy, there are no ruptures, and the inlay decoration is intact. Mirror shows slight signs of age.
