Antique French celluloid powder box, Art Decò powder box with shutter opening, Pierrot handle, rare Art Decò jade color celluloid powder box.
MEASURE:
3 7/8″ by 3 7/8″ (9.7 cm by 9.7 cm), 2 3/8″ (6 cm) tall including the Pierrot head handle.
DESCRIPTION:
Wonderful and rare French celluloid powder box, the box body is in jade green color with marbled effect, on the top of the box there is a shutter opening system, made in celluloid too, with stripes in beige and green with marbled effect, the handle is a Pierrot head made in celluloid.
CONDITION:
Good antique condition for this rare and delicate antique powder box, there are no ruptures, to signal that the opening of the shutter lid is a bit difficult.
The product has imperfections or a patina due to its age, as can be seen in the photos. Please take a close look at the pictures before making your purchase!
