Antique ceramic fruit stand with handles, transfer decoration of lilies of the valley garlands in a very lovely tone of periwinkle blue color, dating to the early 1900’s.
This fruit stand has no manufacturer’s mark, there is just the name of the decor printed under the foot. ” The lily of the valley ” is surrounded by a garland of flowers with a bow.
HOW TO USE IT:
Very lovely antique French earthenware footed dish, fruit stand or compotier to add to a collection or to use as decoration for your table, especially if you love antique earthenware with transfer decorations!
CONDITION:
Condition is good but completely perfect, the fruit stand has a lovely antique patina with tea staining effect and craquelure, there is an old chip under the edge, near to one handle.
