Antique French enameled Fountain Lavabo light beige base hand painted trumpet flowers, early Japy wall fountain, antique french enamelware

DESCRIPTION:
Very lovely and rare antique French enameled wall fountain lavabo, light beige base, the fountain has raising design, the basin is shaped as a shell. Hand painted decoration depicting trumpet flowers with beautiful colors, there are tones of pink, yellow, dark red, brown and green, bordeaux red fillets. This fountain is not signed but it has been produced by manufacture Japy Fréres, dating to late 1800’s.

CONDITIONS:
Conditions are very good, the water tank has some small chips to edge, the basin has some chips around edges too but nothing too detracting. Decorations are intact and colors are very lovely! The water tap is in place, there are no traces of rust in its area.

MEASURES:
Measures: basin max width is 15 3/8″ (39 cm), 10 1/2″ (26.7 cm) deep, 7″ (17.7 cm) tall in the back; the water tank is 17 1/4″ (43.8 cm) tall including tap and lid knob, 12″ (30.5 cm) wide, 3 1/4″ (8.3 cm) deep.
