Antique French ironstone dish, large hollow plate, transfer decoration in pink with pheasants on balustrade in a garden, Creil Montereau.

MEASURE:
10 3/8″ (26.3 cm) diameter, 1 3/4″ (4.40 cm) tall.

DESCRIPTION:
Wonderful and rare antique ironstone plate, large serving plate, hollow shape, transfer decoration in tons of red and pink featuring two pheasants on a balustrade with urns full of flowers in a garden landscape, on the edge of the plate a decoration featuring wisteria flowers.
This plate is signed Creil Montereau, Terre de Fer, the decor name is “Khiva”, dating to the late 1800’s or to the early 1900’s.
