Antique French ironstone milk jug – pitcher, multicolor transfer decor of flowers all over the piece, terre de fer pitcher signed Montereau

MEASURE:
6 5/8″ (16.8 cm) tall, 6 3/8″ (16.2 cm) max width, 3 5/8″ (9.2 cm) deep.

DESCRIPTION:
Antique, wonderful and very rare ironstone (terre de fer) milk jug – pitcher or large creamer, with transfer decoration showing laces and small flowers in tons of green, with red and blue hand painted details, the design is sprayed all over the piece in “chintz” style. This pitcher has the mark of the famous French manufacture Montereau, Louis Lebeuf, Medaille d’Or, 1834.
This mark has been used from 1833 to 1840.
Price is for the pitcher, in my last photo and in the video you can see also the cups and saucers and tea pot in the same model, they are available in separate listings.

This pitcher is in wonderful condition, there are no issues to signal.
