Antique French jacket for small child, in pale beige wool cloth, with large collar, scalloped edges & embroideries.
MEASURE:
12″ (30.5 cm) long, 12″ (30.5 cm) chest width.
DESCRIPTION:
Very lovely antique French jacket for a small child, made in light beige wool cloth, with a large collar, dating to the early 1900’s, Edwardian era. The interior side in lined in ivory color silk, the jacket has hand embroidered and scalloped edges, The collar, the cuffs and edges are decorated with hand embroindered garlands of small flowers. Frontal opening with a small hook.
CONDITION:
The jacket is in good condition, to signal one small hole on the collar, visible in my photos, there are also a few brownish spots of aging, here and there. Light signs of wear to the interior silk lining.
The product has imperfections or a patina due to its age, as can be seen in the photos. Please take a close look at the pictures before making your purchase!
