DESCRIPTION
Very lovely antique French lingerie dress dating to the early 1920’s, the dress is made light beige from batiste – lawn, it is hand embroidered with highly raising motif of water lilies, aquatic plants, butterflies and dragonflies there are inserts of handmade tape lace applied on tulle net, the hems are enriched with fringe and little bobbles trimming.
The back closure is made with small snaps.

CONDITION
The dress has some small holes and small brown stains due to aging.

Waist 21 1/2″ (54.6 cm), chest width measured from armpit to armpit 20″ (50.8 cm), length 47″ (119.5 cm).
