DESCRIPTION:
Antique French white opaline glass box shaped as a duck on a basket, this kind of box was used as trinket box or to store candies or also as sugar/salt box… the duck has color traces on the beak, eyes, head and tail, there the signature SV, Verrerie Schmidt in Vannes Le Chatel, dating to early 1900’s.

HOW TO USE IT:
Very nice vintage milk glass box for your collection, perfect also for your Easter table decoration!

CONDITION:
Conditions are enough good, there is a manufacturing default to basket edge and there are also some very short hairlines, one of them is located to the bottom of basket and the other ones to edge of basket, visible only to close inspection.

5″ by 3 1/4″ ( 12.7 cm by 8.3 cm), 4″ (10.2 cm) tall.
