Antique French Reliquary with Sacred Heart Embroidery, Goldtone Frame & white glass stones.
This stunning French reliquary from the early 1900s features an oval shape with a goldtone metal frame adorned with white glass stones. The reliquary is delicately embroidered on silk with the Sacred Heart, flowers, and appliqués of golden paperolles, dedicated to Saint Pius V. The frame is equipped with a small ring for hanging. These exquisite reliquaries were personal objects of devotion crafted by the patient hands of nuns in convents.
