DESCRIPTION:
Antique French ceramic hollow plate, beautiful stenciled and airbrushed design in blue and white, dating from the early 1900’s.
The design of this plate reminds to Islamic style ceramics, the plate has no mark but I think it could have been produced by Pexonne manufacture.
This style of ceramic tableware was produced by French manufactures for the market of North Africa French colonies.
HOW TO USE IT:
Wonderful plate to add to a collection and very lovely to mix and match with similar ones! This orientaliste plate in red and white has a very charming design and would be really beautiful as home decor in a mediterranean style house!
CONDITION:
Condition is very good, there are no shocks and no hairlines.
MEASURES:
Diameter is 10″ (25.4 cm) and it’s about 2″ (5 cm) tall.
