Antique French trivet for hot pans, ceramic tile trivet with airbrushed chrysanthemums design, carved wood frame, antique kitchenalia

MEASURE: 10 5/8″ by 10 5/8″ (27 cm by 27 cm), tile in itself is 8 1/8″ by 8 1/8″ (20.5 cm by 20.5 cm), 1 3/4″ (4.5 cm) tall.

Antique French trivet used for hot pans, made with a ceramic tile in a carved wood frame. The ceramic tile has white base and shows a stenciled and airbrushed design depicting chrysanthemums and a border with sylized flowers in Art Nouveau style.
The chrysanthemums show shades of yellow, mustard, saffron, lilac, purple, brown and dark green, on a pale green shaded base, the border is in brown color.
The frame is in carved wood, bottom of the tile is covered with wood, this trivet has four feet in wood.
Very lovely antique trivet to collect or to use in your French inspired kitchen, it could be very nice also to hang it to a wall.

The trivet has several scratches and signs of use to the ceramic tile, wooden frame is not damaged.
The product has imperfections or a patina due to its age, as can be seen in the photos. Please take a close look at the pictures before making your purchase!
