DESCRIPTION:
Wonderful wallpaper borders of French origin, dating to the late 1800’s or to the early 1900’s.
This wallpaper borders are decorated with “à la gouache” technique, light beige background with a pattern featuring lace festoons with ribbon and rosettes, colors are very bright and warm, there are tons of yellow, tobacco and light brown, with a lovely pearly finish to the lace. Price is for the roll of 8 meters (16 meters of border).
This kind of antique French wallpaper borders are really gorgeous to use for many purposes in interior decoration and scenography, I adore them because they challenge creativity and help so much to find solutions in restoring field!

CONDITION:
Condition of these antique wallpaper borders is good for their age, there are only some cuts on edges in the first 11″ (28 cm) of length, no stains, colors are wonderful and rich, this wallpaper is still strong and usable.

MEASURES:
Each border is 9 3/4″ (24.7 cm) wide, the roll is 26″ (8 meters) circa long so there are in total 52″ (16 meters) of border available, price is for the whole roll. This antique French wallpaper border would immediately give a very “French” and Parisian atmosphere to your interior decoration!
