DESCRIPTION:
Wonderful and rare antique Italian tea cup with saucer, dating late 1800’s. Earthenware, tea stained, hand painted decoration featuring roses in tones of pink a nd pale green and grey, gilded fillets on borders, signed Società ceramica Italiana (S.C.I.) Laveno, this manufacture has been active in Italy since 1856.
Price is for one tea cup and saucer, at time of listing I have two available.

CONDITIONS:
Very good antique conditions, great antique patina! There are no issues to signal, no hairs nor shocks, only some staining due to age and a bit of fading to the gildings as normal in so old pieces.

Diameter of the cup is 3 5/8″ (9.3 cm), 3 3/8″ (8.3 cm) tall.
The saucers have 6″ (15 cm) diameter.
