Antique Italian soup plate, spongeware ceramic in brown with flowers, manufacture in Bassano or Vicenza, rustic plate late 1800s.

DESCRIPTION:
Antique Italian ceramic soup plate with sponge decorations in tones of brown which reminds to a “lace” design around border, central decor featuring flowers, in tones of blue and grenade red, hand painted green leaves. Italian manufacture in Veneto region, probably in Vicenza or Bassano area, dating to late 1800’s.
In my last photos you can see other similar plates in tones of blue, available in separate listings.

HOW TO USE IT:
Wonderful plate to add to a collection and very lovely to use as wall decor!

CONDITIONS:
This plate during its long life was broken and has antique restauration, made in the past times when everything was precious, I have decided to take it in any way as it is too beautiful, wonderful to match with the other similar ones of the group!
