Antique rare French ironstone tea cup and saucer, multicolor transfer decor of flowers, Sarreguemines model Derby, French large cup & saucer.

DESCRIPTION:
Wonderful and rare antique cup for tea, with matching saucer, ironstone, Terre de fer. Transfer decoration in brown with hand coloured details featuring a design of greek borders and stylized flowers in tons of pink and blue, with pearled finish to a saffron yellow band, interior of the cup has decoration around the edge. The saucer is signed U.et C.ie Sarreguemines, model Derby, dating to the late 1800’s.
Price is for one cup and saucer, I have four identical ones available.

CONDITIONS:
Cup and saucer are in good antique conditions, there are no chips and no hairlines, to signal light craquelure effect.

MEASURES:
Diameter of the cup is 3 3/4″ (9.6 cm), 1 7/8″ (4.8 cm) tall.
The saucer has 6 1/8″ (15.5 cm) diameter.

The product has imperfections or a patina due to its age, as can be seen in the photos. Please take a close look at the pictures before making your purchase!
