Very lovely French antique enameled coffee pot or coffee biggin with filter, dating to early 900’s, light blue body and uncommon hand airbrushed and stenciled decoration featuring cyclamen flowers in tones of pink, raspberry red, pale yellow, white, pale green and dark green with gilded particulars. The decoration is identical on the two sides of the coffee pot.
The coffee pot has the mark of the famous French manufacture Japy.

A very nice antique French coffee pot to add to your collection of antique enamelware or to display in your French style kitchen to give the perfect touch to your home decor!
Conditions for its age are very good, the decoration is intact and colors are wonderful, the only issues to signal are traces of rust and dings around the base and around borders, one ding also on the lid’s knob. Interior is enough clean with traces of use.
This coffee pot is tall 10 1/8″ (25.5 cm) and has a base diameter 5 1/8″ (13.2 cm) wide.
