Antique French cut glass and brass trinket – jewels box for boudoir, embossed decor of puttis, etched glass, bordeaux red silk interior, late 1800s.
Very lovely antique French small trinket – jewels box for boudoir, the box is made from brass and a has a thick cut glass lid, interior is lined in bordeaux red padded silk. The sides of the small box are embossed with a lovely design of puttis playing with garlands of flowers in a garden. Cut glass lid is very thick and reverse etched, the etched decoration features flowers. The box has ball feet. The necklace shown in photos is not included in the listing.
